TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 100% CASHBACK PROMOTION

OFFICIAL PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS — ORVOON "100% Cashback" Promotion

1. General. This promotion (the "100% Cashback Promotion") is organized by ORVOON LTD ("ORVOON"), operator of www.orvoon.com. By participating, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period. The promotion runs from July 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET until October 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Cashback is awarded to the first 100 qualifying orders placed during this period, based on the chronological order of successful payment completion.

3. Eligibility Requirements.
• Cashback is available to the first 100 qualifying orders placed through www.orvoon.com during the Promotion Period.
• The maximum order value eligible for cashback is $1,000 per order (excluding shipping costs and taxes).
• Limited to one participation per customer, determined by email address, shipping address, and payment details.
• Orders must be fully paid and may not be modified, canceled, or returned.
• Orders that are fully or partially returned will not qualify for cashback.
• Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

4. The Reward — 100% Cashback.
• ORVOON will reimburse 100% of the purchase amount, up to a maximum of $1,000 per order, to eligible participants.
• The cashback amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Cashback payments will be processed within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for store credit, cash alternatives, or any other compensation.

5. Selection & Communication.
• The first 100 valid orders are determined automatically by the chronological order of successful payment completion during the Promotion Period.
• Selected participants will be notified via the email address associated with their order within 7 business days after the Promotion Period ends.
• ORVOON reserves the right to verify participation and exclude fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries, including entries involving automated submissions (bots), duplication, abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion.

6. Participation Conditions.
• Participation is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• ORVOON reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who abuses the promotion in any way.

7. Additional Provisions.
• ORVOON reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of force majeure, technical issues, or abuse of the promotion.
• Any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from receipt of the cashback are the sole responsibility of the recipient; ORVOON will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
• This promotion is governed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Void where prohibited.
