Orders & Delivery
How do I track my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
What is the delivery time?
U.S. delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times and rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are prepared for dispatch shortly after placement and can't be amended once processing has started. Please review your details carefully before confirming your purchase.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll verify your order and resend the confirmation.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email destek@orvoon.com with your order number to register your return before shipping it back. Unregistered returns cannot be accepted.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is processed.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse, plus up to 3 business days for your bank, to your original payment method.
Can I make an exchange?
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue — we'll review it and make it right.
How should I wash my garments?
Care requirements vary by fabric. Follow the instructions on the garment label to keep the shape and feel of your piece.
