1. Sponsor. This promotion is organized by ORVOON LTD ("ORVOON"), operator of www.orvoon.com. Contact: support@orvoon.com.

2. Promotion Period. The promotion runs from July 23, 2026, 9:00 AM ET until October 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ORVOON and its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter. (a) Entry with purchase: placing an order of $150 or more (after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes) at www.orvoon.com during the Promotion Period automatically grants one (1) entry per qualifying order. Orders modified, canceled, or returned before the draw date so that the order value falls below $150 become invalid. (b) Free entry — no purchase necessary: during the Promotion Period, send an email to support@orvoon.com with the subject line "HAWAII SWEEPSTAKES" including your full name and state of residence to receive one (1) entry. Limit one free entry per person. All entries have equal odds of winning.

5. Prize. One (1) grand prize: a Hawaii vacation package for two with an approximate retail value of $5,000 (flights and accommodation, arranged with the winner; travel dates subject to availability). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; ORVOON may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; ORVOON will issue the applicable tax form (IRS Form 1099) for the prize value. Winner and guest are responsible for valid travel documents.

6. Winner Selection & Notification. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on or about October 2, 2026, under the supervision of ORVOON. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with the entry and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, ORVOON reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Disqualification. ORVOON reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion; incomplete or incorrect participant information; or violation of these Official Rules.

8. Liability. ORVOON shall not be held liable for technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may prevent participation, nor for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation or from acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Personal Data. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the ORVOON Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration and execution of this promotion. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

10. General Provisions. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. ORVOON reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion for legitimate reasons, including fraud or technical failure.
